Where are NORQAIN watches manufactured?
All NORQAIN watches are Swiss-made. Our production facility is located in Nidau (Biel/Bienne), the heart of the Swiss watchmaking industry, ensuring the highest standards of precision and quality.
What is the standard shipping time for international orders?
We offer insured worldwide shipping. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and customs processing times.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for watches in their original, unworn condition with all protective films and packaging intact. Please contact our support team to initiate a return shipment.
Do NORQAIN watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every NORQAIN watch comes with a standard 2-year international warranty. Watches equipped with our Manufacture Calibres are eligible for a 4-year warranty, which can be extended to 5 years by joining the NORQAINER Club.
Can I customize the strap on my watch?
Absolutely. We offer a wide range of interchangeable straps, including animal-friendly rubber, high-quality steel bracelets, and sustainable Nordura fabric options to suit your style.
How should I maintain my mechanical watch?
To ensure longevity, we recommend a full service every 4 to 6 years. Additionally, always ensure the crown is fully screwed down before any water activities to maintain its water resistance.
